Damian has held relationship director banking roles for Australian and UK banks. His focus was on structured finance for corporate and institutional agribusinesses. He is from a fifth generation farming family and maintains an active interest in his family’s beef operation in the Yarra Valley.

Adam has held roles in agricultural finance. He has worked across metro and Western District Victoria. During this time he has worked with a diverse range of agricultural clients. Prior to working in finance Adam worked as a jackaroo in the NT for two seasons.

James previously founded a finance company which focused on increasing investment in agriculture, particularly early stage technology companies. His family run a wool and prime lamb operation in the Southern Tablelands of NSW. James remains involved with his family’s farm and trades livestock with his brother.
